Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions ordered by popularity.

How much does new siding cost?

There are many factors that can affect the cost of installing new siding on a home. The amount of stories, how accessible the home is, what type of siding are you wanting installed, and how much square footage in total is needing installed can all factor into the cost. A standard 1500 square foot single story ranch can range from $5000 to $12000 in cost including materials.

How long does a siding project take to be completed?

A new siding project can take anywhere from 3 days to weeks depending on how much square footage is being installed. We provide time estimates when we do our consulations.

Do I need to be home during the process?

We carry insurance to insure that your home is protected during the installation process. For windows, we may need to have access to the interior of your home to properly install windows.

How soon can I get new windows installed?

Manufacturers have various timelines on window orders. Following Covid-19, we have seen lead times of over 4 months to receive custom window orders. We work with customers to prioritize ordering windows as soon as possible to get in line for materials.

How far out are you and how can I get my project scheduled?

Our schedule fills quickly, and we have openings from time to time. The best way to find out is to schedule an in-home consultation as soon as possible. We require a deposit for any customer to get on our schedule. The sooner you get on the schedule, the sooner we can complete your project.
